Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager with a strong focus on administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient management of office and site activities within the cement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative operations, including office management, logistics, and site support

  • Manage office facilities, staff accommodation, transportation, and utilities

  • Handle procurement of office and site supplies

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations

  • Coordinate closely with project and site teams to provide administrative support

  • Implement and maintain company policies and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Support employee relations and provide general HR assistance (excluding payroll)

  • Manage documentation, contracts, and maintain accurate office records

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration or HR & Administration (preferably in industrial or construction sectors)

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work at site locations and perform effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a cement plant or large-scale projects

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
