Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager with a strong focus on administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient management of office and site activities within the cement industry.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative operations, including office management, logistics, and site support

Manage office facilities, staff accommodation, transportation, and utilities

Handle procurement of office and site supplies

Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Coordinate closely with project and site teams to provide administrative support

Implement and maintain company policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Support employee relations and provide general HR assistance (excluding payroll)

Manage documentation, contracts, and maintain accurate office records
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in administration or HR & Administration (preferably in industrial or construction sectors)

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work at site locations and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a cement plant or large-scale projects
