Young Investment Group is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily plant operations. The role involves ensuring smooth production processes, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Manage overall factory operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics

Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget

Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements

Lead and supervise factory workforce and team leaders

Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies

Control operational costs and optimize use of resources

Coordinate with internal departments and management for smooth operations

Prepare reports and analyze production data to inform decision-making

Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions promptly
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field

5–10 years of experience in factory or plant operations

Experience in cement or heavy industry preferred

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
