Graphic Designer

Job Description (JD)

• Design and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, banners, and large-format graphics.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate color profiles, resolution, dimensions, bleeds, and other production requirements.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual materials for social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit, enhance, and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop according to project requirements.
• Create and modify vector graphics, illustrations, icons, and other design elements using Adobe Illustrator.
• Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital design materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, printing suppliers, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Review designs and final artwork before printing or publishing to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept development through final execution while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, printing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Specification (JS)

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in print production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, including CMYK, spot colors, bleeds, resolution, die-cuts, and file preparation.
• Experience in creating social media graphics, advertisements, and other digital content.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
