Job Description (JD)
- Follow up on Network SIM operations to ensure reliable connectivity and smooth network performance.
- Support power rectification activities by identifying and resolving power-related faults to maintain a stable and reliable power supply.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and fault analysis to minimize system downtime and improve operational performance.
- Support system configuration activities, including system setup, updates, testing, and compliance with technical standards.
- Develop and coordinate local repair and maintenance plans with field teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
- Coordinate with technical, field, and operational teams to resolve network, power, and system-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of faults, repairs, maintenance activities, and system configurations.
- Prepare clear and accurate maintenance, technical, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor repair and maintenance costs and support cost-control initiatives by optimizing resources and reducing unnecessary expenses.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance system reliability, maintenance efficiency, and service availability.
Job Specification (JS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EP, EC, MP, MC), Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant practical experience in asset care, maintenance, telecom operations, or telecom power systems.
- Good knowledge of technical troubleshooting, fault rectification, and system configuration.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Basic understanding of telecom network infrastructure and power systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Familiarity with Power BI, RMS, iTower, or similar monitoring and asset management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with field and technical teams and manage multiple maintenance activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent technical issues.
