Assistant Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

• Implement sales and distribution plans within assigned territories and areas.
• Guide the sales team to achieve targets and enhance their performance.
• Ensure weekly and monthly sales quotas are met consistently.
• Execute tasks and meet targets set by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the TSM and RSM in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager. (Candidates with experience in the FMCG or Telco industries will be given preference.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned sales territories.
• Must be a resident of Mandalay or Nay Pyi Taw.
