Key Responsibilities:
• Design user interfaces for mobile and web apps that are functional, elegant, and
aligned with brand identity.
• Create user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (low to high
fidelity).
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design
decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Define and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
• Optimize designs for different screen sizes, languages, and usage environments.
• Address user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the experience.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across platforms.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in fintech and digital
services.
Job Specification (JS)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile/web apps.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools:
• Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
• Familiar with visual tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Experience in creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong grasp of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Understanding of fintech app flows: sign-up, top-up, payments, transaction history,
etc.
• Knowledge of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS basics, Dev handoff process).
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating via tools like Jira, Notion, Trello,
or Slack.
