Key Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and system data to generate actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support management, product, and operations teams.

Work with large datasets from internal databases, third-party platforms, and analytics tools.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting areas for optimization.

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Design and conduct A/B tests, customer segmentation studies, and trend analyses.

Automate data processing, reporting, and visualization tasks to improve efficiency.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data and reporting outputs.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate and timely reporting.
Job Specifications (JS)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or related fields.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong command of SQL (required).

Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is an advantage.

Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Exposure to digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
