Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis, with a focus on fintech and mobile payments.

Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Define KPIs and success metrics for product features and business initiatives.

Participate in system testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
-
Monitor performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
-
Work closely with QA teams to support the delivery of high-quality features and fixes.
-
Assist with change management and internal training during new product rollouts.
Job Specifications (JS)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital services.
Technical & Analytical Skills

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-
Ability to produce clear, concise documentation, requirement specifications, and process diagrams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Fluency in Burmese; good command of English is preferred.
