Key Responsibilities

Support Product Managers in coordinating product lifecycle activities, from planning through launch.

Maintain and update product documentation, feature lists, and task trackers.

Communicate with development, QA, UI/UX, and marketing teams to align on deliverables and timelines.

Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items for follow-up.

Collect and organize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and assist with bug reporting and resolution tracking.

Monitor project timelines, flag delays, and help manage sprint execution.

Assist in preparing launch materials, user guides, and internal communication.

Analyze product performance metrics and contribute to reporting.
Job Specifications (JS)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a coordinator, project assistant, or product support role (experience in tech or fintech preferred).
Skills & Tools

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Notion, Asana).

Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Awareness of UX/UI principles and web/mobile application structures.
Soft Skills

Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English.
