Job Description
- Plan, manage and coordinate for all aspects as well as furnishing of the construction projects
- Understand project specification, develop construction time schedule and activities
- Predict resources and materials requirements to complete project
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage costs in order to meet budget
- Conduct regular site visit to inspect the construction progress and monitor contractor and engineer performance
- Supervise each project and operational support team to fulfill their respective key respective indicators
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
- Maintain the thorough understanding of design specification and verify with physical works to ensure the operations are in line with specifications, drawings and specified safety and standard code
- Manage partner relationships and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach gainful agreements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Strong understanding of Standard Operation Procedure and work procedures specifically in Construction, Procurement, Engineering sector
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and condition
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Good Documentation management skill and ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
