Key Responsibilities

Promote and market the company’s loan products to potential customers

Conduct field visits and market surveys to identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and business partners

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities

Utilize digital and social media platforms to generate leads and enhance brand awareness

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan products

Gather and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities and customer acquisition progress
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-
1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or FMCG (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Willingness to travel for field marketing and customer acquisition activities

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, social media)
-
Knowledge of the local market, with proficiency in both Myanmar and English languages
