Key Responsibilities

As an Admin & HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both the human resources and administrative functions of the hotel. Your duties will include:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment: Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management systems and lead the employee appraisal
  • Employee Relations: Foster strong employee relations, professionally resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with company objectives.

Administration (Admin)

  • Daily Operations: Oversee and effectively manage daily administrative functions and operations, including facilities management and managing office supplies.
  • Maintenance & Assets: Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and assets are strictly followed.
  • Logistics: Monitor vehicle utilization and fuel consumption.
  • M&E Oversight: Be able to take responsibility for and oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) related tasks.
  • Budgeting: Manage and control budgets for all administrative and HR activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Any bachelor's degree; a diploma in HRM or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in both HR and administrative roles.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • IT: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
