Job Description (JD)

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of telecom tower sites to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Coordinate, monitor, and execute scheduled maintenance activities at all assigned sites.

Attend to site faults, perform troubleshooting, and ensure proper site housekeeping and cleaning.

Coordinate with the Tower Operating Center (TOC) to rectify site alarms and technical issues.

Take over newly completed sites from the Project Team, identify defects, and report issues for rectification.

Monitor, manage, and control fuel consumption and fuel management at site level.
-
Perform preventive maintenance for all site assets to minimize breakdowns and outages.

Arrange and deploy caretakers to tower sites as required.

Responsible for the processing and payment of monthly electricity meter bills.

Ensure continuous site operation and prevent service outages.
Job Requirements (JR)

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering (Mechanical Power / Electrical Power / Mechanical / Electrical & Communication).

Knowledge and hands-on experience in power equipment maintenance activities.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecom-related industries.

Ability to work effectively under deadlines and pressure.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in power-related faults.

Good command of spoken and written English.
-
Willingness and ability to travel and work across Myanmar.
-
Flexible to work during unusual or extended working hours when required.
