Job Description (JD)

Collaborate with sub-team members to achieve assigned targets and maintenance plans.
Perform major and minor engine overhauls in coordination with workshop team members and respective site engineers.
Independently lead, manage, and control the sub-team during major and minor engine overhauling activities.
Conduct pre-checks with site engineers to confirm engine conditions and requirements before overhaul work begins.
Analyze root causes of engine failures and develop effective corrective solutions (RCA – Root Cause Analysis).

Job Requirements (JR)

Must be a graduate with BE, B.Tech, or AGTI in Mechanical Power, Mechanical, Electrical Power, or Electrical & Communication Engineering.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in engine overhauling (telecom industry background is preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze engine issues and perform root cause analysis.
Ability to independently lead, manage, and control a sub-team.
Capable of completing monthly targets and maintenance plans on schedule.
Strong interest and passion for engine overhauling and maintenance work.
Willing and able to travel to any region as required by the job.
