- Coordinate with various departments within Head Office and branch offices for administration tasks
- Assist in repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, building etc.
- Handle applying Visa and other immigration documents for expatriates.
- Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment
- Assist in arranging company events, trip, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Age must be over 23
- Fair in English 4 skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in office administration
- Must be active team player with good communication skill
- Must be able to work overtime
- Able to travel and go outside.
