Admin Assistant

Job description

  • Coordinate with various departments within Head Office and branch offices for administration tasks
  • Assist in repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, building etc.
  • Handle applying Visa and other immigration documents for expatriates.
  • Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill and settle payment
  • Assist in arranging company events, trip, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.


Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Age must be over 23
  • Fair in English 4 skills
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in office administration
  • Must be active team player with good communication skill
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Able to travel and go outside.
