Brand Marketing Manager

Job description

  • Liaise with brand, licensing, live events and other partners to provide them with marketing materials and keep information on their activities up to date.
  • Own the master Brand Manual guideline keeping it up to date and sharing changes with the broader team
  • Assist in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials occasionally within timeline.
  • Act as internal liaison and develop report structure to assist in prioritizing departmental projects.
  • Maintain files and information for key Vendor such as contacts, solution description, active deals, regional contacts, agreements, and specific product information/versions of integration, marketing events, seminars, quotes, and website content.
  • Train the team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Responsible for the Public relations efforts
  • Connection with External vendors and consultants
  • Focus on the Branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertisement
  • Responsible to plan, develop and direct marketing effort for a particular brand.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities of brand management involve buying, selling, marketing, pricing, ordering, advertising, promotion, market research, finance, A&P and POS items.
  • Develop brand and product communication strategy, activation and tactics
  • Integrated marketing planning, including product launching program based on branding and product positioning
  • Manage product launches and announcements
  • Develop written materials, including product messaging, communications plans
  • Help to develop a communication strategy and help to develop the media plan
  • Analyze the result and feedback to action
  • Prepare monthly flow through the report
  • Develops and maintains and improves business relations with other divisions
  • Need to penetrate the market with our brands.
  • Good in Services Marketing.
  • Review
  • Monthly category meeting.
  • Quarterly review - reviews actual progress, achievements versus plan to recommend improvements and adjustments moving forwards 

 

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor / Professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics/ Business Administration // MBA prefer
  • Highly desirable to experiences in brand management, event and sponsorship Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Self- motivated, productive and dynamic to meet the challenging targets.
  • 5 to 8 years of working experience in brand or marketing at Manager Level.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially service/product categories and channels
  • Curiosity and ability to think creatively, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
  • Age 35 above.
