Asset Care Controller

Job Description (JD)

• Review, maintain, and update Asset Care Plans (ACP) to reflect operational requirements, maintenance needs, and continuous improvements.
• Manage modification control processes to ensure all changes are properly reviewed, documented, approved, and implemented safely.
• Monitor preventive and proactive maintenance activities to ensure inspections, servicing, and corrective actions are completed according to schedule.
• Track maintenance performance and identify recurring issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare accurate maintenance reports, performance summaries, and management updates.
• Monitor and control maintenance-related costs to ensure effective use of resources and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze maintenance data to support decision-making and improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and operational teams to align maintenance strategies with operational and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset conditions, modifications, and related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing equipment downtime and improving asset performance.

Job Specification (JS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EP, EC, MP, MC), Asset Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in asset care, maintenance, engineering, telecom, or industrial systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and practices.
• Knowledge of asset management, maintenance planning, and modification control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, RMS, iTower, or similar asset and maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret maintenance and performance data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Ability to balance technical requirements, asset reliability, and cost efficiency.
