Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of mobile and web applications.
  • Support the Application Manager in planning and executing app releases and updates.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve application issues, bugs, and user-reported incidents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and prepare system documentation.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist QA teams in validating new features and fixes.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and stability.
  • Maintain accurate records of application changes, patches, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for integration or support needs.
  • Provide training and assistance to business users and customer service teams when required.
  • Ensure applications meet security standards, maintain uptime, and comply with internal policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application support, software project coordination, or QA.
  • Experience in mobile apps, fintech platforms, or digital payment systems is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL), APIs, and system logs.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of Android/iOS platforms or web front-end/backend technologies is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in Burmese; working proficiency in English is preferred.
