Key Responsibilities

 

 

Sales and Business Development

 

  • Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential banks and customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the insurance and financial needs of both banks and their clients.
  • Present customized insurance solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance regularly, implementing corrective actions to improve results.

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to expand your professional network and stay informed on market trends.

 

Product Knowledge & Compliance

 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Educate clients on various policy options, coverages, and benefits.
  • Ensure all documentation and sales activities are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

 

Collaboration & Market Analysis

 

  • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Share market feedback and insights with marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors' products and pricing.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, but any graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for candidates from the insurance or banking industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
