Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Craft compelling and strategic content for various digital platforms, including our website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content development and keep our messaging fresh.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts for video campaigns and digital advertisements.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit all content to ensure it is accurate, clear, and consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, enhance campaigns, and maximize audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation, specifically for social media and digital marketing.
- Language Skills: Expert proficiency in written and verbal Burmese is required. Mid-level proficiency in English is also necessary.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt messaging and tone for different platforms and content formats (e.g., short-form video scripts, long-form blog posts).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent research and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Video Production: Experience with video production or editing is a strong advantage.
