Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are seeking a visionary Front Office Manager to lead our front desk, concierge, and guest services teams. This is a crucial role for someone who is dedicated to creating a truly memorable experience for every guest, ensuring that our service exceeds the expectations of a luxury hotel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor, train, and motivate the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, to consistently deliver impeccable 5-star service.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage all front office operations, from guest check-in/check-out and reservations to guest correspondence.
- Uphold Service Standards: Implement and maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and etiquette that reflect a leading 5-star hotel brand.
- Resolve Guest Issues: Gracefully and efficiently handle all guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Improve Efficiency: Continuously monitor and improve front office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency and seamless guest flow.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage Administration: Oversee staff schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations for the entire front office team.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a calm, graceful demeanor, especially under pressure.
- Professional Presence: Must present a polished, professional image.
- Communication: A warm, engaging personality with superb verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
Additional Details
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (shift-based).
- Off Days: One day per week, plus public holidays.
- Location:MH3, 4 Yar Za Thingaha Road, Dakkhina Thiri Tsp., Hotel Zone (1), Nay Pyi Taw.
