Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are seeking a visionary Front Office Manager to lead our front desk, concierge, and guest services teams. This is a crucial role for someone who is dedicated to creating a truly memorable experience for every guest, ensuring that our service exceeds the expectations of a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor, train, and motivate the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, to consistently deliver impeccable 5-star service.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage all front office operations, from guest check-in/check-out and reservations to guest correspondence.
  • Uphold Service Standards: Implement and maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and etiquette that reflect a leading 5-star hotel brand.
  • Resolve Guest Issues: Gracefully and efficiently handle all guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Improve Efficiency: Continuously monitor and improve front office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency and seamless guest flow.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage Administration: Oversee staff schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations for the entire front office team.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a calm, graceful demeanor, especially under pressure.
  • Professional Presence: Must present a polished, professional image.
  • Communication: A warm, engaging personality with superb verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

 

Additional Details

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday (shift-based).
  • Off Days: One day per week, plus public holidays.
  • Location:MH3, 4 Yar Za Thingaha Road, Dakkhina Thiri Tsp., Hotel Zone (1), Nay Pyi Taw.
