Position Summary

The Insurance Sales Manager is a key leader responsible for driving the performance of a team of insurance sales executives. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and coaching the team to meet and exceed sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both life and general insurance products and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives in collaboration with brand and marketing teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the team and all sales processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet sales goals.

 

Job Specifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
  • Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
