JD (Job Description)

• Run manual test cases and explore software features to identify issues and break workflows.
• Report bugs by logging defects with clear steps to reproduce, device details, and screenshots using tools such as Jira.
• Work with developers to investigate root causes and verify fixes after patches are deployed.
• Write and update test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria checks.
• Learn or support introductory automated testing scripts using tools such as Selenium or Postman under guidance.

JS (Job Specification)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience or training in software testing principles.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SQL queries, API testing tools such as Postman, and browser developer tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with clear written and verbal communication skills and curiosity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
