Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the remittance business
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and procedures to enhance productivity
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Manage and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
  • Lead and manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, regulators, partners, and strategic alliances
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in the remittance or forex industry
  • Strong understanding of remittance operations, payment systems, and currency exchange
  • Solid knowledge of AML and KYC regulations
  • Experience managing remittance operations similar to international services (e.g., Western Union) is an advantage
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
