Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator with experience in cement or construction projects to support project operations and ensure seamless coordination among teams.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in daily project operations

Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project progress

Track project schedules and update progress reports regularly

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation

Follow up on materials, resources, and site requirements

Support the maintenance of quality and safety (HSE) standards
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or a related field
-
2–5 years of experience in cement or construction project coordination
-
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of MS Project is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
