Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cement projects to lead and oversee construction and plant operations. The role involves ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage cement plant construction and installation projects from initiation to completion

Plan, schedule, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor site progress and prepare regular project reports for management

Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

5–10 years of experience managing projects in the cement industry

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management/design tools

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
