✅ Job Description

• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, merchant feedback, and user insights
• Acquire new merchants and wallet users in line with targets set by the TSM
• Visit assigned territories to promote the UNIPAY E-Wallet and provide customer support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and wallet users
• Actively work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
• Manage cash and e-money operations within the assigned territory
• Support merchant and user needs, ensuring high service standards
• Maintain records of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) usage and monitor UNIPAY brand visibility at merchant outlets

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
