Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architecture for fintech products and integrations, ensuring scalability, modularity, and security.

Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and system designs.

Lead architectural discussions and decision-making for new platforms, services, and enhancements.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and data teams to ensure system-wide consistency.

Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions (e.g., KYC, payment gateways, fraud detection systems).

Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and mentorship to development teams.

Ensure compliance with CBM regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy laws.

Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation, diagrams, and system flows (using UML, ArchiMate, or C4 model).

Participate in vendor assessments, RFP processes, and technology evaluations.

Monitor system performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements for scalability and resilience.
Job Specifications (JS)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
Technical Skills

Expertise in system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.

Hands-on experience with:

Microservices architecture

RESTful APIs & JSON

Authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments.

Familiarity with architecture tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Archi.
