Job Description

  • Implement sales and distribution plans within assigned territories and areas.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets and enhance individual performance.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly sales quotas are met.
  • Manage financial and e-money transactions for merchants and customers within the designated regions.
  • Plan sales routes for the team, handle procurement of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and address other operational needs.
  • Fulfill duties and meet objectives assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Sales Manager (SM).
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the RSM and SM in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales manager role. (Experience in the FMCG or Telco industries is preferred.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned sales territories.
  • Must be able to work in Yangon, Mandalay, or Nay Pyi Taw.
