Eco Friendly Towers (EFT) was established in 2014 and has since been dedicated to providing sustainable infrastructure to Myanmar’s rapidly growing telecommunications industry. We are proud that EFT is the largest 100% locally controlled telecom tower company in Myanmar.
With 1,400+ telecom towers covering all parts of Myanmar, it provides tower‑sharing leasing services to Myanmar’s four major mobile network operators: ATOM (formerly Telenor), MPT, Ooredoo, MyTel, as well as Ananda (an internet services provider).
YNet, a subsidiary under Young Investment Group’s telecommunications portfolio, was established in 2016. Since then, it has extended and strengthened internet services for YIG businesses in the Telecom, Mining, Hospitality, and Multimedia sectors. YNet also provides IP transit services to local internet service providers (ISPs) across Myanmar.
In 2018, YNet was awarded the tender to install an optical fibre cable under the mandate of Myanmar Railways along the Yangon–Pyay and Mandalay–Myitkyina railway network. The Yangon–Pyay section runs for 257.7 km, while the Mandalay–Myitkyina section covers 539.2 km.

YTV, registered as My Multimedia Group Co., Ltd, is a free‑to‑air broadcast channel with nationwide coverage. It received its license from the Ministry of Information in 2018 and is currently one of the largest private broadcasting networks in Myanmar. Through Thaicom 6 satellite, YTV has a nationwide coverage of 85%, viewed in 151 towns and cities.
YTV has been developing the media sector with a two‑pronged approach—to entertain and educate the public, and to bring impactful programming that strengthens human capital.
