Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and organize the Chairman & CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents related to company operations and projects

Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items

Facilitate communication between the Chairman & CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
-
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
-
Provide personal assistance and manage personal matters for the Chairman & CEO as needed

Perform any additional duties assigned to support the Chairman & CEO’s office
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management

Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and communications

Good command of English or Chinese (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor

Willingness and ability to travel as required
